Scope of Work:

Monthly Website Management Includes:

• Hosting service & maintenance.

• Access to a dashboard with website traffic analytics.

• Up to three (3) hours of website changes each month.

• An annual High Five Media website refresh, including up to 6 hours of design or copywriting. Changes and refresh options will be made to the existing site.

• The ability to edit the website directly (available upon request).

Build details:

• Initial website build, including up to 25-40 unique pages.

• SEO best practices implemented.

• Up to 12 hours of content writing during the initial build.

• Up to 40 hours of design during the initial build.

• Up to 3 rounds of revisions during proofing before going live.

• Up to 5 hours of onsite or in-studio photo services, editing hours included at no additional fee.

• Unlimited stock photos.

• Website animation (chosen from features available to the designer).

• Sitemap.

• Mobile Optimization (Responsive Design).

Term Details:

• Twelve (12) month term with monthly auto-renewal.

• Signing a redesign agreement extends the website’s term for another 12 months.

Compensation Details:

The total cost of the project, including the set-up fee and monthly installments, is $9,748.

• The website down payment does not exclusively cover the total production hours necessary to complete the initial build and launch of the website. The website down payment works in conjunction with the monthly fee to amortize the total production costs.

• Once your 12-month agreement is up, and you want to continue with our web services, the website’s total cost for the year will be $4,788.
